' Basically, if you are russian/soviet or truly are familiar with the culture, this movie will seem like another prototypical failed hollywood attempt at capturing the russian mob essense. It is a horrible representation, absolutely untrue, and laugh out loud funny for most of the scenes. Do not waste your time watching this.

' Fortunately for the film makers most of the audience does not know any better, so this might seem like a good flick. Even then, I found myself extremely bored by the plot.
