может разбирать по потокам ( видео, аудио, титры ), можно исключить
что не надо и наверное добавить. Можно разбирать по чаптерам.

Usage:
vStrip [@]VOB-file <[+]Outputname <[!] [c|v] [d] [fX] [rY] [=]Stream-IDs>>
@ processes a list of input-files (textfile),
+ appends to the output-file(s),
! defaults to strip everything,
c splits the VOB by cell_id,
v splits the VOB by vob_id,
d enables demux mode (not producing a VOB anymore),
fX changes the frame-rate to X,
rY changes the aspect-ratio to Y,
= maps the previous Stream ID to the next Stream ID.
Examples:
To get a list of the stream and substream id's present in a VOB file:
vStrip testfile.vob
To keep video and AC3 stream 0x81 mapped to 0x80:
vStrip testfile.vob outfile.vob ! 0xe0 0xbd 0x81 =0x80
To demux the video-stream:
vStrip testfile.vob outfile.m2v ! d 0xe0
Hints:
- Only the = sign, the f/r-options and the Stream IDs need to be seperated
by a space (e.g. "!d0xe0" and "!c0xe0 =0xe1" are recognized,
- Demux mode can split, too (but "c" and "v" are exclusive),
- Try a test-run on the VOB first (only filename as parameter),
- Frame-rates:
[1] 23.976 (24000/1001) fps [NTSC encapsulated film rate],
[2] 24 fps [Standard international cinema film rate],
[3] 25 fps [PAL (625/50) video frame rate],
[4] 29.97 (30000/1001) fps [NTSC video frame rate],
[5] 30 fps [NTSC drop-frame (525/60) video frame rate],
[6] 50 fps [double frame rate/progressive PAL],
[7] 59.94 (60000/1001) fps [double frame rate NTSC],
[8] 60 fps [double frame rate drop-frame NTSC],
- Aspect-ratios:
[1] square pixels,
[2] 4:3 display,
[3] 16:9 display,
[4] 2.21:1 display,
