' Release Information: Original stereo issue with a very dark blue cover with right edge sealed with fold-over, and a solid light blue triangle (prism) on the label with "The Gramophone Co., Ltd." text on the edge of the label.
' Description: Gatefold cover.
' Cover: Very dark blue with prism. The front right edge of the gatefold cover is factory sealed with a fold over.
' Cover Sticker: Round black/dark purple Dark Side of the Moon sticker in the upper right of the front cover.
' Inner Sleeve: Die-cut black polylined inner sleeve with "Made in Great Britain" and patents text in silver.
' Inserts:
' 1) A blue pyramid poster. Matte. There is no catalog number on the poster.
' 2) A six-pane group shot poster in landscape style with "SHVL 804" in the bottom right corner. Matte.
' 3) Two separate Pink Floyd self-adhesive stickers, one yellow/sky blue/green, and one brown/dark blue/yellow/green. Matte.
' The stickers are cut with no separate strips on the edges to hold while peeling. The backing paper is tan with 45 degree angled diagonal stripes of dark brown from the top to bottom, and "FasPrint Permanent," "Crack Back Patented," and "bend on line" on the paper. Also found printed on a white backing with lighter colors on the front. There are no catalog numbers on either sticker.

' At the bottom of the label it says "Made in GT Britain."
' Text around the top edge of the label starts at 10 o'clock and says:
