Everything written about this album/artist is true - even hating him is correct in an evil way because:
- the guy tore with his past and with entire new wave/hip hop inspired pop trend domination,
- working from Tom Jones/Neil Diamond school up and beyond, he created a unique act of pop establishment unabashed by toying with things alien (see above),
- he's got no poise and adopts mock-cynic attitude to leave all the attitude-adopting to you,
- the only real Robbie comes thru in throbbing old-school-rhymed songs with that magic instrumentation build-up on every next refrain that in pop history never failed to empower and break down.
Those (not to forget the cute "white" English accent and absurdish sense of humour) will be reasons to buy whatever he puts out - even the relatively feeble hit about radio.
