here is the latest messages from sigma's
news group:
This does actually work very well.... i have used rgb-out from my h+ for
several weeks now....but you have to have a tv that you can manualy switch
to RGB mode, otherwise you will have to supply some power, +5 volts (i
think) to one of the pins in the scart-connector (check with some
pinout-guide or something).
Here comes the useful stuff:
Works in Win9x ONLY!
Get the h+ 1.8.2 drivers (not the prog!) and install them.
Get the Netstream 2000 application (not the drivers!) and install.
Use attached patch on the NS2K application.
Time to do some soldering.
Open the NS2K-readme (nearly the same as the one for the H+) and find the
part that describes the tv-out connector.
Now you will need one scart connector, some cable (six "cable-parts" are
enough if you got a tv that can manually switch to RGB) and either one
strange plug like the one that goes into the h+'s tv-out (sort of impossible
to find) OR one s-video plug and one standard RCA plug.
Get a multimeter and find out how the pins are connected in the
s-video/composite->h+ cable.
If you have managed to get an connector like the strange one on the tv-out
cable then keep reading, otherwise move further down.
Use the NS2K readme and connect like this: (OBS! from what i remembered the
pinout-scheme is the female connector on the h+)
Chroma -> SCART Pin 15 (RED)
Luma -> SCART Pin 11 (GREEN)
Composite-> SCART Pin 7 (BLUE)
SCART Pin 11 -> SCART Pin 20 (SYNC)
SCART Pin 5, 9, 13 -> one ground each (there are enough on the h+, see NS2K
readme)
Run the NS2K app....configure...select the new option "RGB component output"
, switch TV to proper mode.

If you only managed to find s-video & RCA connector: (You need to connect
BOTH the S-video & Composite!!!)
Center pin of Composite out -> SCART Pin 7
shield -> SCART Pin 5

Svideo: You will have to lookup the pinouts of the s-video connector
yourselv, my desk is a bit of a mess and i cant find my pinout's guide =)
Then connect like this:
Chroma pin -> SCART Pin 15
Chroma ground pin -> SCART Pin 13
Luma pin -> SCART Pin 11
Luma ground pin -> SCART Pin 9

And:
SCART Pin 11 -> SCART Pin 20

Run the NS2K app....configure...select the new option "RGB component output"
, switch TV to proper mode.

This message will be reposted as soon as Sigmadesigns clean the newsgroup of
messages containing RGB and the filename to the attached file....they do
that you know, ive seen the file dissapear several times already!

Good Luck!

It is interlaced RGB. I.e. the refresh rates are exactly the same
as for NTSC or PAL.
Instead of the odd non-standard 7-pin TV-out connector, you can use a
standard 8-pin mini-DIN, which isn't that difficult to obtain.
6 of the pins are common. The two additional ones fit into the hole for
the rectangular guide pin. The one missing is a ground pin, so you have
to connect two screens to each of the remaining two gound pins.
