But you can ask us to adjust it to 100-250 free volt compatible for additonal cost USD $40. We have a lot of AE500s in stock, which can be shipped immediately after your payment. 1. You may add following shipping option. i) If you want double box packing, as it would add total weight and shipping cost, $36(4000 Yen) will be added. (We don't think double box packing is necessary.) (We always ship AE500, packing with bubble wrap without additional cost.) ii) you can select "shipping back option", which covers roundtrip DHL shipping cost in the event of warranty/bad pixel claims. Its cost is $90 or 10,000 Yen in case of AE500. 2. Its ceiling mounting braket (TY-PKE300) is $330 (or 36,000 Yen), in case of simultaneous purchase with AE500. Separate shipping of PKE300 will cost more $40 (4800 Yen) as EMS shipping cost. Though it is written in Japanese, you can figure out from above site. * We have a policy of Zero DEAD(or stuck) Pixel Policy about this projector: TH-AE500.. We will replace (within 1 week) your AE500 with a dead or stuck pixel with new units. In that case, its round shipping cost will be your burden. No other cost will be needed. Its replacement of defective unit is valid for 30 days from item's arrival on you. 3.
