August 16th, 2003 - New Super Group!
I finally got the O.K to mention this on the site. Bob has just wrapped up recording with a new super group consisting of:
Bob Daisley - Bass Guitars (Ozzy, Rainbow, Uriah Heep, Yngwie, Gary Moore, etc.)
Lee Kerslake - Drums (Ozzy, Uriah Heep)
Steve Morse - Guitars (Deep Purple, Dixie Dregs)
Don Airy - Keyboards (Ozzy, Sabbath, Rainbow, Whitesnake, Gary Moore, etc.)
Jimmy Barnes - Vocals (Cold Chisel, Jimmy Barnes solo)
The project is completed and will be mixed within the month. There are five new original songs written by Steve, Jimmy, Lee and Bob together and they fit right in with the old classics. The total recording took just 15 days, which in this day and age seems like a miracle. Rumor even has it that maybe some old Ozzy Osbourne band songs have been re-recorded at the same time
