| In their continuing efforts to push the fledging D-VHS format, Fox Home Entertainment has just announced a quintet of new titles, including two day & date with DVD and VHS blockbusters. On November 25th comes X2: X-MEN United, plus the Oscar-winning Moulin Rouge! Then on December 16th comes three action smashes: True Lies, Speed and The League of Extraordinary Gentleman. Each is presented in their original 2.35:1 theatrical aspect ratios and, for the first time on D-VHS, feature Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 surround tracks, each encoded at their full bit rates. There are no extras, and retail is $34.95. |
