Кто в аглицком силен, растолкуйте мне чего от меня джангосы хотят (+)

Что-то они меня озадачили, сделал у них заказ на три диска,
проверил по банку, что списана именно сумма трех дисков, а они мне
седня прислали:

Пытаюсь им что-то втолковать на ломанном англиском, что они списали полную сумму заказа, а получаю еще писульку от них:

that is not a charge, it is just an authorization hold. Your card is not
being charged that amount.

Вопрошаю будут ли они исполнять заказ или, скажем, возвращать деньги - получаю:
if an item cannot be filled the card will not be charged.
