  The first YES DVD-A title, Magnification will now be released by Rhino on July 30 according
to a news piece posted on the groups website on the 16th of May.
The disc features DVD–A 96/24 5.1 surround and 192/24 stereo versions of the recording.
There are also Dolby Digital Surround and 48/24 stereo versions compatible with all DVD
Video players.
The disc also features three bonus tracks. 1 : A 5.1 video of the title track Magnification
performed live, 2 : A live recording of "Gates Of Delirium" and 3 : an unreleased studio
version of "Homeworld".
New liner notes are provided by Larry Groupй, who arranged and conducted orchestrations
for the album.

ROM content includes video interviews with band members on the making of the album
and a Magnification themed screen saver for Windows.

Two more YES DVD-A titles should be released in 2002.
A DVD-A version of Fragile in the works, to be released by Rhino in the Autumn while the
release of the DVD-A version of Close to the Edge has been pushed back to later this year

The 5.1 Entertainment Group recently announced five further DVD-A titles. The expected
release date is June 18th 2002.
1 : Desmond Dekker : Anthology : Israelites.
2 : Dennis Brown : Money In My Pocket : Anthology.
3 : Toots & The Maytals : In The Dark.
4 : Wailing Souls : Face The Devil.
5 : Ziroq : Ziroq.

The following Seventeen DVD-A titles and dates were recently announced for Australian
release on the WarnerVision.com.au website. Australian DVD-A releases have generally
been a few months after the US release. Whether these discs receive an earlier release in
the US remains to be seen

The latest edition of of Warners "DVD Audio Preview" newsletter arrived in subscribers
inboxes to-day. While there is not much to report there is news of some disc releases.

New recordings are due from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Third Eye Blind, Pantera, and
Trey Anastasio (Phish frontman).

Re-issues due for release (dates tbc!) include
Paul Simon : Graceland.
Motley Crue : The Best Of Motley Crue.
Crosby, Stills & Nash : Crosby, Stills & Nash
Van Morrison : Moondance.
REM : Reveal
Miles Davis : Tutu

There have been lists of upcoming RHINO titles appearing all over the place in the past few
months. Well six titles that are definately on the way in the not too distant future are:
1. An Emmylou Harris compilation which include previously unreleased duet with Johnny
Cash. ( Old Rugged Cross )
2. REM : Automatic For The People.
3. REM : Reveal.
4. Donald Fagan : The Nightfly.
5. Jackson Browne : Running On Empty.
