`В отношении диска Такси-2 :
`Этот диск также отправлялся на экспертизу в Японию. На нем нормально `воспроизводилась лишь реклама. Ответ цитирую:
`1) streaming errors: these are errors in the MPEG data stream (i.e. the encoded `picture or audio data) has errors.
`The MPEG decoder in the player will try to decode the incoming data to re-create `original audio and video. This decoder can handle a certain number of errors. `However if the error rate of the incoming data is too high it can no longer re-`create the original. This might cause following symptoms: in the video, block `noise or/and picture freeze - in the audio, sound drop outs, cracking sound.
`2) in-concurrent number of macro blocks: when picture information is encoded `into an MPEG stream, the picture itself is divided into small blocks (macro blocks). `On this disc the order of these macro blocks is out of sequence (i.e. at the `locations where the faults are occurring).
